Fall league is starting up real soon and it’s time to start getting registered. Please contact me if you have any questions.
A few things I want to mention before I dive into details. Our practices will always be open, meaning you’re welcome to continue attending even if you’re not participating in events this season. Keep on coming out, learning, and having fun. As a kid I couldn’t participate in team sports for financial reasons. I don’t want that to be a barrier for anyone who wants to play for our team. We can help cover league fees for players on an as needed basis. Reach out if you have concerns.
To register for the league
If you’re a minor, a parent or guardian must complete this process.
- Head over to the Utah Ultimate Fall league page
- Click the register now button
- Have your parent or guardian sign into or create an account using their personal information (ie email address, birthdate, etc). In a later step they’ll add you as a family member and register you for the league.
- Once signed in, click ‘Register a Family Member’ (if you got lost, this is the page you need to be on)
- Select ‘A family member’ and either select your player or click ‘add new family member’ if they’re not there.
- Choose ‘On an existing team’ and select either Chimera D2
- Hit Next
- Fill out the participant info & hit Next
- Choose your USAU membership
- Returning players should already have a USAU membership from last season. No need to pay for a new one.
- New players select the $17 USAU “Affiliate Events-Only All Year” membership. This is required to participate in the league and end of season tournament.
- Deal with waivers.
- USAU’s medical authorization form should be printed, filled out, signed, and given to me either at practice or scanned/emailed.
- The other two you can simply check a box and agree to online
- Once you complete the waivers section you can proceed to checkout. Your total should be $50 if you’re a returning player or $67.85 if you’re a new player.
